I am a Humanistic Integrative Therapist.

My approach to psychotherapy is deeply rooted in Carl R. Rogers' person-centered therapy, but I also use elements of other forms of therapy, such as Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Logotherapy, Existential Therapy, and Transactional Analysis. All these forms of therapy are integrated in Prochaska and Norcross' Transtheoretical Model.I believe that we all have a part of ourselves which knows very well what we want and what we need. In person-centered theory this is called the organismic self. However, our life's experiences often block this wise part of ourselves and we can not reach our full potential. For this reason, I called my practice Minerva -Inner Wisdom- as it is the goal in the therapy sessions to discover the often hidden wise, innate side in you, and allow you to reach your full potential in whatever you want to achieve in your life (Minerva is the Roman Goddess of Wisdom).
